TALLAHASSEE - With the presidential race expected to be tight in Florida the Obama campaign isn't taking any chances.

Five-thousand voting rights attorneys are keeping their eyes fixed on Florida's polls.

Is the McCain campaign keeping a close eye on the election in Florida...
The attorneys are making sure people stay in line and no eligible voter is turned away.

The faithful showed up early, voted, then encouraged their friends to cast ballots. But neither side is taking anything for granted. Obama's Florida campaign workers say their fighting until everyone gets to vote.

Kevin Cate / Obama Camp "We've got folks all across the state watching polls making sure that everybody has an opportunity."

5,000 voting rights attorneys are watching Florida Polling sites. Attorney Ron Meyer says the goal it to make every vote count.

Ron Meyer / Voting Rights Attorney "The Republican Party in court represented that there would be no mass challenges in Florida and we expect to hold them to their word."

Poll watchers inside precincts will keep an eye out for anyone who has to cast a provisional ballot. Outside the polls, attorneys will tell the voter what they need to do with in 48 hours to have their vote counted.

Whitney Ray / Reporter "Anyone standing in line at seven when the polls close will be allowed to cast a ballot. Voting rights attorneys will be looking for anyone who doesn't know that."

Anyone having problems voting can call the Secretary of State's office. As of noon, of the 350 people who called, only seven people had voting complaints.

Jennifer Davis / Secretary of State, Spokeswoman "These are isolated complaints and we're reaching out to the counties when ever we have any issues that we think needs to be resolved."

With all indictors pointing to a tight race, attorneys could play a huge roll in winning Florida.

The number to call with any voting complaints is 1-866-308-6739.
