She says "her dad stepped out," and that's when the racy picture of Miley was taken with her back exposed. Osmond tells AOL Television "my parents never, never left us alone." She says "I think, if your kids are going to be in that kind of business, then you need to make it your business to be there for them and help them figure out." She adds, how could you say no to someone like Annie Leibovitz when you're a little girl?

WASHINGTON (AP) -- In just four months, Emile Hirsch went from the peacefulness of "Into the Wild" to the fast-paced world of "Speed Racer." Hirsch compares it to "being in the sauna for eight months and then jumping into an ice bath and having them close the hatch for three months" He says it was "really quite a shock." SYDNEY, Australia (AP) -- A portrait of Heath Ledger painted weeks before his death has won an Australian art award. The painting features a bare-chested Ledger staring from the canvas as two images of the actor whisper into his ears. It was awarded a secondary prize by the Art Gallery of New South Wales in its annual national portrait competition. "Heath" was the popular choice among the 32,000 people who saw the exhibition.

UNDATED (AP) -- Chace Crawford from "Gossip Girl" says his ideal first date would include playing Nintendo Wii , ordering in pizza and then grabbing a beer. He tells People.com that when it's time to take a girl out, he'd go "to a concert in Central Park or an NBA basketball game, if she likes sports." Crawford says he's been focusing on his work and his workouts since his break-up with Carrie Underwood, adding "I've been dating my gym bag for a while now."

NEW YORK (AP) -- Julie Andrews says her early experiences in vaudeville and growing up during World War II formed the work ethic that helped her throughout her career. She says those two things make you say "the show must go on and what choices do we have but to get on with this." As a child, her family battled poverty and braved wartime food rationing and German air raids. She says she had a complicated relationship with her stepfather, who, on the one hand, discovered her singing talent and gave her early voice lessons but also was an alcoholic who made inappropriate advances toward her. Andrews talks candidly about her not-so-Mary Poppins upbringing in her new book "Home: A Memoir of My Early Years."

UNDATED (AP) -- Heidi Klum says husband Seal proposed to her in an igloo. She tells Marie Claire that he took her by helicopter to the Canadian Rockies where he had the igloo built. She says it was completely set up with a bed inside, rose petals and candles everywhere as well as food and champagne. She calls it "very, very romantic!" But she says, then the helicopter left and "it was a little scary, too, because you're so cut off from the world." The pair have two children together.

NEW YORK (AP) -- When Marcia Cross finished "Melrose Place," she was "stuck." She didn't know what she wanted to do next. So she prayed for some direction before going to bed. When she woke up, she felt like she'd been given this idea on how to keep family histories. She developed the Legacy Keeper, which includes an Mp3 recorder with eight hours of space to record family stories and also has boxes and spaces for photos, DVDs, CDs and other momentos. It took her until she was cast in "Desperate Housewives" to get help from Hallmark to market the product.
